Building blocks for sustainable growth
Direction and ambition
Where do you want to be in three to five years, and why? We make your ambition concrete and translate it into a direction you can explain in a few sentences.
Choosing growth opportunities
New customer groups, markets or services? We map the opportunities, weigh them against what your business can handle and decide together where to focus and what to deliberately leave aside.
An organisation that grows with you
Growth sometimes calls for different roles and responsibilities. Together we look at how your organisation is set up and at the role of your management team, so that not everything has to go through you.
Steering on the right figures
Together we define the few KPIs that really matter and make sure you receive that information regularly and reliably. That way you see in time whether you are still on course.
This is what will be on the table
At the end of the engagement, you have concrete documents in hand that you and your management team can take forward yourselves. Short, practical and tailored to your business.

Questions about strategy and growth
Clear answers to questions that may come up during a strategy engagement. Do you have a different question? We are happy to discuss it in a no-obligation introductory call.
No. A good plan is compact: a direction that fits on one page, a handful of priorities and a few key figures. A plan only works when you and your management team rely on it in your daily work. That is why we deliberately keep it clear and simple.
Your accountant is indispensable for the figures and the reporting. We look at the direction of your business as a whole: strategy, organisation, processes, IT and data in context. And if you wish, at you as a business owner too. We keep an eye on your workload, help remove sources of stress and act as your steady sparring partner, so you are not on your own. After the advice, we stay involved and guide you in putting the choices into practice.
We agree on that with you in advance. It involves a few conversations and a series of strategy sessions with your management team, planned around your schedule. We do most of the preparatory work. During implementation, it is mainly the regular meetings that take time, and those meetings prevent a lot of ad hoc discussion.
That differs per business and per question: a defined engagement towards a growth plan, or a steady sounding board during implementation afterwards. After the introductory call, we give you an indication of the effort we expect. Then you decide whether you want to continue with us. We work on an hourly basis and invoice afterwards, so you pay for the time we actually spend.
Certainly. In a smaller business in particular, a lot rests on the owner's shoulders. We tailor the approach to the size of your business: fewer meetings, just as much focus. It is about clear choices, not the thickness of the plan.
They always do. That is why the growth plan is not a fixed document but a working tool. In the regular meeting rhythm, we test the direction against what is happening in the market and in your business, and adjust together where needed.
That is when it really begins. We stay involved as a sounding board for you and your management team and track progress together. Does the plan call for better processes, different software, the use of AI or project management? Then we are happy to take that on with you through our other services.
