Smart AI for automation

AI is more than a chat window

Your employees may already use a chatbot, for instance to write texts or summarise emails. Useful, but there is much more to gain for your business.
Artificial Intelligence

AI is everywhere, but still limited in your business?

AI in your current software

Your CRM, accounting and office software often have AI features built in, and if not, AI can usually be connected to them. That way your team works with AI in the programs it already knows.

AI chat with access to your data

With so-called MCP connections, your AI chat gets access to your systems. Employees can then look up customer information or stock directly, or have AI add a new customer.

AI that doesn't just make things up

A standalone chatbot sometimes fills gaps convincingly, also known as hallucinating. When AI works from your own documents and systems, with sources cited, you can check every answer.

More than a chat window

AI is more than a smart chat

AI as an assistant

A secure AI assistant for your team, set up with your own documents, ways of working and ground rules. For questions, texts and summaries, without confidential information ending up in free tools.

AI in the background

Connected to your systems, AI does its work without anyone having to ask. AI models and AI agents read incoming emails and documents, fill in data and prepare tasks.

Your systems in the chat

With MCP connections, the chat works with your own systems. Employees combine data from multiple systems and give instructions in plain language, typed or spoken, with the same rights as when they log in.
How it works

Your systems,
simply in the chat

With MCP connections, the AI chat works with your own systems. Employees look up information or give an instruction, typed or spoken, at the office or on the road. AI only makes changes after confirmation.

  • Account manager, on the road: Add Van Dijk Installations from Amersfoort to the CRM. The contact is Petra, she would like a quote next week. I'll add Van Dijk Installations with Petra as the contact, and create a task for the quote next week. Is that right?
  • Sales rep, between two appointments: Which customers are nearby, and who haven't I spoken to yet this year? There are six customers within ten kilometres. You haven't spoken to two of them this year: Smit Bakery and Jansen Garage.
  • Office staff, before a customer call: What is still outstanding at Smit Bakery, and what did we agree last week? There are two open invoices, one of which is overdue. Last week it was agreed that you would email the new price list before Friday.
  • Sales, on the phone with a customer: How much of item 4021 do we have in stock, and when is the next delivery? There are 140 units in stock. The next delivery of 500 units is scheduled for Thursday.
  • Technician, at the end of the day: Log four hours on the Oosterpark project today, one of which was travel time. I'll log three hours of work and one hour of travel time on the Oosterpark project for today. OK?
  • Management, ahead of the management meeting: Which customers ordered less this quarter than in the same quarter last year? There are five. The biggest drop is at De Boer Wholesale. Shall I make an overview per customer for the meeting?

01.

AI scan

We talk to you and your employees and map out which tasks take a lot of time, what data is available and how AI is already being used. You get a clear overview of opportunities, risks and preconditions.

02.

Choosing opportunities

Together we weigh the opportunities by what they deliver, what they require and how quickly they show results. We choose one or two applications with a clear goal and a result you can measure.

03.

Pilot in practice

We deploy the application on a small scale, with a fixed group of employees and real tasks. We measure what it delivers, gather feedback and adjust until it works well.

04.

Rolling out and connecting

If the pilot works, we roll the application out to other teams and connect it to your existing systems where needed. That way AI becomes part of the work instead of an island on its own.

05.

Training and embedding

Your employees get practical training, the agreements are set down in a clear AI policy and we periodically check whether the application still does what it should. We keep thinking along afterwards too, so your use of AI continues to develop.

Step by step

From idea to working application

The starting point is your work, not the technology. First we find out where AI adds the most, then we test it in a small pilot before rolling it out more widely. That way a successful trial grows into a permanent application, with less routine work, more consistent quality and more time for customers and craftsmanship.

From first exploration to daily use

Safe and responsible, from the very first step

We use AI where it truly adds value: from first exploration to daily use. It starts with insight into your work and ends with AI that simply runs along in the systems you already use.

01.
AI scan and opportunity overview

We map out where AI saves time or improves quality, with for each opportunity what it delivers, what it requires and what the risks are.

02.
Choosing and setting up tools

We advise independently on which AI tools suit your work, preferably within your current software, and set them up with your own documents and ground rules.

03.
Connecting and automating

Through integrations, AI agents and MCP servers, we connect AI to your CRM, ERP or document management, so recurring tasks run automatically.

Safe and responsible

AI is only valuable if you can trust it. That is why, for us, security is not a separate chapter at the end but the starting point from the very first AI scan. Honest advice also means we tell you honestly where AI is not a good fit.

Your data stays under control

We map out which information you want to process with AI: customer data, personnel files, financial figures or mostly general texts. For each type of data we agree which tools may be used, where the data is stored and whether the supplier may use it to train its AI models. That way you keep control over what leaves your business and your use of AI aligns with the GDPR.

AI policy and training

Many employees already use AI tools on their own initiative. Instead of banning that, we make it safe: with a practical AI policy that explains in plain language what is and is not allowed, and with training in which your employees practise with their own tasks, so everyone learns to use AI well and consciously. This also helps you build AI literacy, which the European AI Act explicitly calls for.

People decide

AI makes mistakes, sometimes very convincingly. That is why, where needed, we set up each application so that an employee checks the outcome before it goes to a customer or leads to a decision. The more important the decision, the tighter the check. And because AI is only as good as the information that goes into it, we make sure the underlying data is up to date and reliable.

  • Overview of which data goes where
  • Tools that meet your security requirements
  • Agreements with suppliers on storage and use
  • Access only for those who need it
  • A practical AI policy for employees
  • Training in responsible and effective use
  • Human oversight of every outcome that matters
  • Periodic evaluation of quality and risks

Not sure whether the current use of AI in your business is safe? The AI scan is a good starting point for that too. We map out what is happening now and what is needed to arrange it properly.

AI also doesn't stand apart from the rest of your organisation. Where needed, we combine it with a process analysis, so that AI strengthens a well-designed process instead of speeding up a messy one. We also contribute from our other services to the strategic direction, the choice and integration of software and the management of the rollout, with one fixed point of contact.

Questions & Answers

Questions about AI integration

With an AI scan. Together with you and a few employees, we look at which tasks take a lot of time, what information is already available and how AI is already being used. This results in a short list of opportunities, ranked by what they deliver and what they require. You then decide for yourself which step you want to take.

We arrange that before anything is deployed. We determine which data may be processed, choose tools with appropriate security and clear agreements on storage, and make sure confidential information is not used to train the supplier's AI models. If that cannot be arranged properly for certain data, that data does not go into AI.

How many applications you want, which systems AI needs to work with and how much training your team needs: those three determine the scope. We deliberately keep the AI scan and a first pilot manageable. After the introductory call we give you an indication of the effort for those first steps, along with the planning. We work on an hourly basis and invoice afterwards, so you only pay for the time we actually spend.

Yes, we even recommend it. We start with one application, a small group of employees and a clear goal. If it works, we expand. If it doesn't, you find out quickly and without a large investment.

Hardly ever. For most SMEs, existing AI models and tools are enough, set up with your own documents, ways of working and ground rules. Training your own model is costly and rarely necessary. Only if existing tools really fall short do we look further.

We choose per business, with no preference for any brand or provider. We prefer to start with what you already have, such as the AI features in your office software, CRM or accounting package. Where needed, we add specialised tools or integrations. The choice depends on your tasks, your data and your security requirements. We may also use different models for different tasks.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol: an open standard that lets an AI chat work together with other software. An MCP server is the link between the chat and, for example, your CRM, accounting or planning. It lets employees look up and process data from the chat, with the same rights as when they log in themselves.

Only if you want it to, and only where you want it to. For each system we set out what AI may read and what it may change. We often start with read-only access. For each write action we can also decide whether human review is required.

The honest answer: as a business owner, that is largely up to you. AI takes work off people's hands, so less capacity is needed for those specific tasks. That does not make an employee redundant. There is often work elsewhere in your business that AI is less suited to and where that same employee makes the difference. Our aim is to relieve your people: AI takes over repetitive groundwork, leaving more time for other tasks. And if your business grows, your team can handle more work without the workload growing at the same rate.

By involving them from the start. Employees know best where the time goes, so they help shape the AI scan and test the pilot. Then follow practical training sessions using their own tasks as examples. What people see working well for themselves, they will also use.
